We are in the business of growing Wonder.

Thank you for checking out our little west Michigan farm! We’ve been gardening forever, an LLC since 2016, and recently made career moves to be full time flower farmers. In 2025 we invested in this website so we could sell direct to gardeners across the US. We are thrilled you’ve found us, and hope get as much joy out of growing our dahlias as we do.

We DO NOT use synthetic fertilizers that green up our products for photos. What you see is what you get.

Blue Table Flowers focuses on building healthy soil through use of cover crops, companion plants, composted plant matter and organic fertilizers. We are a no-till farm that uses brix scores to measure the health of our plants and keep insect damage low. We do not use insecticides or synthetic fertilizers on our farm.

We take great pride in what we sell.

We follow ADS guidelines to cull plants—anything that looks suspicious is pulled and destroyed. We use a 10% bleach solution to clean tools when harvesting flowers and tubers. We hand dig our tubers to keep any unforeseen contamination to a minimum and dip our harvested tubers in a 10% bleach solution prior to dividing.

We do our level best to send you a healthy product. We have very high standards and sell only those items we would want to purchase. If you are an experienced grower, you know that dahlia tubers come in all shapes and sizes; they might look a little funky, but they still yield glorious blooms.

Our plants are inspected regularly in the field; tubers are inspected when dug in the fall and when planted in the spring. Diseases, (especially viruses) are common in dahlias and can manifest themselves in new growing conditions and can occur due to other factors in your own field. We cannot be held accountable for issues that arise once you have planted your tubers. Please carefully inspect your tubers upon arrival and notify us, with photos included, of any problems within 3 days.

Fall shipping.

If you are choosing fall shipping, please make sure you are familiar with the best ways to store tubers. We are not responsible for loss that occurs when overwintering. We are shipping from southwest Michigan, zone 6b. If weather is predicted to be cold in your region, please send an email to info@bluetableflowers.com asking us to hold your order. We cannot check the weather for every area prior to shipping.

Local pickup If you would like to pick up your order, please email us after you place your order. Pick up instructions will be emailed to you and your shipping fee will be refunded at the time of pickup.
