Boring but important information about your subscription.
Hello flower friend! We are thrilled that you want to share in our Wonder. We have very high standards, and we promise you beautiful, fresh flowers for whatever subscription you choose. Welcome to the Blue Table Flowers community!
We need to have a few ground rules because we are a tiny operation, so we can’t do everything. We have a very limited staff, therefore we cannot offer delivery at this time. Pick up will happen at our property on Tuesdays and Fridays between 10am -12 pm and 5 pm -7pm. For our planning, you will need to choose a pickup day and stick with it. If you cannot make a pick up, you can gift your flowers to someone of your choosing. We cannot give refunds for partial subscriptions or extend your subscription if you miss a pickup. If you wish, you can transfer your subscription to someone else, but Blue Table Flowers will not be responsible for arranging that. We recognize that emergencies can occur, and we will try to work with you if we are able.
The first time you pick up, you’ll be provided with a bucket. Bring the bucket with you each time if you’d like to take your flowers home in a water source. The water in each flower bucket will have flower food and preservative, and I highly recommend you use it in your vase to extend the life of your bouquet.
We promise that you will have fresh, top quality flowers each time you come. If we’re not proud of it, it doesn’t get included in your bundle. It’s that simple. Each week, you will receive a bundle with all the makings of a bouquet which you can assemble at home. Some of our friends actually dump the whole bundle straight into a vase cause they think it looks great when they get it. You could be that person, too.
If you’d like a few pointers on flower arranging, you can sign up for our workshop Wonder. Or just sign up if you think it would be fun, cause it will be! Take some friends along and share Wonder with your people.

Flower Care
Please know that local, farm grown flowers only survive for so long. You are not buying carnations that have been flown in from Ecuador! (hurray for you!!!) You can expect a good vase life from the flowers you receive (usually a minimum of 5 days), but some items won’t hold as long in a bouquet. For example, some of the most beautiful dahlia varieties only last about 3 days. But don’t worry, the vast majority of flowers we grow were chosen specifically because they hold at least five days in a vase.
Your flowers will be presented in water that has flower food and preservatives. If you come to your pickup with a clean bucket, you can keep your bundle hydrated on the journey home and use that water to help prolong the life of your flowers at home. You’ll be given loads of pro-tips for extending the lives of your flowers when you sign up for a subscription.
Communication
Alright flower friends, it is important for you to be satisfied with your product, but please understand that we are not responsible for your handling of the flowers once they leave our farm. We absolutely do want to know if a flower is not holding well, because things happen on occasion and we want a chance to fix things if we are at fault. Please send photos and let us know within 12 hours so we can figure out what went wrong.
Communication about subscriptions will happen via email. We will send info to you with our business email info@bluetableflowers.com. Please add us to your contacts so that our communication does not end up in your spam folder. If you email us, but do not hear from us within 24 hours, please use my personal email ajkiwiet@gmail.com. We want to make sure that we do not miss communication from you.
Phone
We may need to contact you by phone on occasion, for example if you do not seem to be responding by email, or if we have time sensitive information we need to get to you.
If you have questions, please reach out.
We can’t wait to meet you!
